Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and (worldwide).

Zone 1: Within the EU
For shipping to the countries of the EU you do not need customs documents.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part).

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany and all (other EU countries) with DHL within 5 - 15 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Worldwide shipping with DHL Standard takes 30-35 days, DHL Premium shipping for the EU and worldwide is optionally selectable and the delivery time depends on the respective country zones that are specified at DHL.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
